Mind blowing price achieved!
We have been blown away with our experience with Mike as our agent. Both in selling our property and with buying our next property, Mike has been extremely knowledgeable and hard working. He advised us to sell in a way which best suited our situation and with quite a small window for sale he was quick off the mark in organising the listing, photos and viewings. Mike went above and beyond responding to txt messages, emails and fielding questions and phone calls at all times of the day/night. He was really well organised and talked to us in a way that was really easy for us to understand the process (as we have never sold a property before) His appraisal was honest and he was really informative about what kind of offers we were after and the type of buyers we would appeal to. After securing multiple offers in only a couple of weeks we were literally gobsmacked with the highest offer we received! Being a shift worker, Mike accommodated my abnormal schedule and timed inspections and viewings to suit, which made life a lot easier. Having to sell during covid restrictions meant limited face to face meetings but Mike kept us really up to date and informed of everything that was going on. Absolute A+ in communication. All in all a really spectacular result and we're really happy with how the whole process went. Would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering selling or buying for that matter. There's not many occasions I would bother writing a review for anyone but Kate absolutely deserves an 5 star review. This was our first home buy and as everyone know this is a very exciting but very stressful experience. we have been looking for houses for very long time and we have met tons and tons of agents along the way. some good but some not so good.

When we met Kate we knew she is honest about everything and also a person very easy to work with. as I remember we put an offer through on the same day we met her. she helped us a lot through the process but without being one of those annoying agent. she was extremely proffesional and very on time on all the requests we had from her.

I would definitely work with her again with knowing her best interest is to look after her clients as best as she can. can't recommend enough to anyone else who needs her service. Thank you Kate for helping us make our first home dream come true.
