Hard work, ethics and integrity are the pillars of David’s approach to not just his work, but his life. Before becoming an integral part of the Arizto team, David worked for Harcourts in Christchurch before relocating to Auckland and securing a role with Mike Pero. His clients appreciate him for his honest advice, quality service, and strong will to get things done.
He is a naturally skilled negotiator, extremely motivated and able to communicate directly while maintaining a good sense of humour. Having been self-employed for 25 years, David understands how to empathise and engage with a range of people, and, through rapport building, is able to give his clients exactly what they need. The businesses he worked on included a butcher shop in West Auckland, and a lawn mowing/gardening business, which he ran in both Auckland as well as the UK, so his skillset is incredibly comprehensive.
David’s experiences, both in New Zealand and abroad, have given him an in-depth perspective of the intricacies in the real estate market. He has personally grappled with the complexity involved with renovating, buying sections, landscaping and undertaking new builds, and he now draws on these experiences to provide an even higher level of customer service to vendors and buyers alike.
Beyond real-estate, David is an avid lover of classic cars and a keen spectator at different motor sport events. He has been passionate about rugby since his school days, when he was captain of the 1st XV rugby team. David knows West Auckland inside out and is excited to represent and showcase his neighbourhood to future residents!
