Amazingly Adapted 100sq.m weatherboard home sitting on a flat 797sq.m fully fenced section which has undergone extensive renovations as noted below;

All of my old wooden high maintenance window frames have been replaced with low maintenance double glazed aluminium frames – as have all of my entrance doors, the main doors have electronic locks so no need for bunches of keys, just remember the code!

My kitchen is all new with built in dishwasher, double door fridge/freezer plus a built in electric oven, all included!

The renovations have considered the need for economy with the hot water system being instantaneous gas & I sport a built in gas cooking hob with overhead rangehood. All internal lighting is by LED down lights excluding the decorative hall lights & over bench lights in the kitchen. Internally all of the old soft board ceilings have been replaced with 13mm plasterboard also & as all the windows have been replaced it was smart & expedient to replace the plasterboard wall lining and insulate all the wall cavities which also allowed for numerous additional power outlets to be installed while I was being rewired. So fully insulated walls as well as the roof space and underfloor.

While I am old style on the outside I am certainly very young on the inside with many innovative features & I am tastefully decorated!

To keep you warm in winter and cool in summer I have two Heat Pumps - one in the kitchen dining area, the other in the lounge area. Plus an HRV system that stops crying windows and tinted D/G windows!

I have a new bathroom with its own heating & ventilation plus an additional toilet.

I have a new large single garage with electric door opener plus 2 storage sheds & a shade house.

For peace of mind I have 4 hardwired security cameras and a monitored alarm system.
