Read moreIt promises to be another memorable occasion on the roof top at the 5-star SO/Auckland Hotel this Wednesday evening, November 27th, for the sixth annual Christmas gathering.
Agents and staff members from around the country will make the trip to the city of sails to celebrate an outstanding year with some really fantastic strides having been made in the last 12 months.
"So excited to celebrate our success, in what has been another incredible year of growth and achievement for Arizto and all those involved," said Daniel Budd, chief executive officer.
With well over 200 salespeople now on board with the quantifiably sixth largest real estate brand in New Zealand, Arizto has reached a number of significant milestones.
Most notably was the figure announced in early October that, as per the volume of listings on nationally-popular Trademe, Arizto agents could offer 1000 active listings for sale for the first time since the company's inauguration in 2018.
The rapid growth was also recognised independently by the international business and employment focused social media platform Linkedin, who announced Arizto as one of New Zealand's Top 5 Startups for 2024.
Linkedin's performance criteria for making their Top 5 of emerging Kiwi companies was based on factors like employee growth, job seeker interest, internal engagement between company and members, and the ability to attract new talent.
They had to be headquartered in New Zealand, fully independent and privately held, have 30 or more full-time staff, and be no more than seven-years-old.
As well as these company-wide successes, Wednesday evening's function will also acknowledge some of the top individual performers with Arizto's national awards, which are judged from sales outcomes from November 1st 2023 to October 31st 2024.
The brand recognises success in its regions including the strongholds of Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Manawatu/Whanganui and Canterbury, as well as a combined category for the Rest of the Country.
On the national scene, last year's top performers such as Canterbury's star agents Anna James and Kate Lamont, along with Bay of Plenty's Wayne and Veena Hemingway, could well feature again.
As well as the hard working sales team, Arizto will also recognise those who put in big efforts behind the scenes.
There is awards for the Business Development Manager, a prize given to Otago's Kimberley Rosenbrock last year, as well as Employee of the Year, a prize handed to administrator Shabnam Nisha in 2023.
It promises to be yet another glittering occasion under the big lights in the City of Sales, as we toast the year that was and look forward to much more in 2025.
For all Arizto people attending, have a great night!
