Mark Davis has always loved connecting with people. He cut his teeth in customer service and hospitality, working as a trainee manager at Foodtown, where his natural warmth and energy were hard to miss. It was a friend’s father, who owned his own real estate company, who spotted the potential. He observed Mark’s excitement at purchasing his first home at just 20 and, combined with his passion for people, suggested real estate would be a great match.

It was. Mark has built a career defined by genuine connection, honest communication and an infectious enthusiasm for helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

One of Mark’s most emotional moments was helping vendors who were going to sell privately. He had a buyer for their house, so asked if he could list it to bring just one buyer through. The vendors needed a certain price, and Mark achieved it. “When I met with them for final signing, they were very emotional. They explained they were trying to have a child and needed the money for IVF. I had helped them achieve their goal so they could move on with their next steps. It was emotional for all of us.”

Outside of real estate, Mark is a self-described social butterfly. He always has a coffee or dinner date lined up with friends and clients. “I love hearing all about people’s lives and sharing positive advice.” He loves his coffee and gin, enjoys running his household and frequently entertains at home.
