Before making the switch to real estate, Nikhil spent 14 years in sales management across New Zealand. Settling in Rolleston with his wife and two kids, he built a life centred on problem-solving and delivering results. In some cases, it helped clients move on from the stress of holding two mortgages or being unable to progress with their next plans.
Outside of real estate, Nikhil stays active with early morning exercise. Cricket is a major part of his life. He trains his son and they both play for Rolleston, so Saturdays are full on with games and open homes. Sundays are reserved for family time, getting out together, going for walks and enjoying meals out.
If he could list a property for any celebrity, Nikhil would choose Virat Kohli. “Being involved in cricket myself, it would be pretty special to work with someone at that level. He is also very driven and professional, which I respect.”
